Spatial comfort of social housing units - perspective of Nis, Serbia

The basic precondition, when it comes to the spatial comfort of social housing units is create residential space which will, in addition health, hygiene and sanitary minimum, also provide optimal conditions for proper psycho-social development users. Previous researches showed that most relevant criteria, regarding unit?s comfort, are: size, arrangement adaptability space, but existence private open areas.
